Licence agreement:

In Addition to the general license agreement for the software the following conditions apply to the Work At Home usage rights:

Work at Home is a Software Assurance Benefit. This product may only be used if the user has a valid volume license with active Software Assurance.
The software is to use only for home work on a private computer.
The licenses under the Microsoft Select Plus agreement are perpetual and entitle the employee to use the software on a private device at home.
The right to use the software ends with the withdrawal of the employee form the institution.
Buying Windows Upgrade: The customer must own a former full version of Windows.
