Microsoft 365 - Office 365 ProPlus Federal University of Applied Administrative Sciences

After February 1st 2018 the previous distribution of Office 365 ProPlus changes.
So far you could receive an validation key to activate and download Office 365 ProPlus from the website of DrVis Software GmbH. From now on purchasing Office 365 ProPlus is solely made through www.studyhoue.de, an additional step involving another portal is not required anymore.

Please make sure to save all your data kept in OneDrive and Outlook if necessary, since a new Microsoft account will be created for you.

Here is how to get Office 365 ProPlus from now on:

1. As before, you can purchase the Office 365 ProPlus for a procurement fee of 4,99 EUR once per year this portal. Please note that the subscription starts with the date of purchase.

2. Completing the order process, a new anonymous Microsoft account will be created for you. After 20 minutes at the latest you'll receive your account details (link, login name and a temporary password) vie e-mail. Save the e-mail or its content to have the important data available at any time. If you haven't received an e-mail, please check your spam folder.

3. Before installing Office 365 ProPlus please make sure to backup your files within OneDrive for Business, if necessary. Otherwise these files will be no longer available after the expiration of your old account. We also recommend you to save your contacts and e-mails stored in Outlook.

4. Visit https://login.microsoftonline.com to sign in with the login data from our e-mail. You will be requested to set a new password of your own to proceed. When logged in click "Install Office" in the upper right corner of the page. Follow the instructions and wait for the installation to begin. When the installation process has been completed you should be able to use Office 365 ProPlus.

5. Your Microsoft account will be active for 365 days starting with the date of purchase. Afterwards you have 30 more days to renew your account for another year through a new order. If your account is not renewed it expires and the access to your Microsoft account will be blocked.
