As an administrator, you can use the Adobe Admin Console to manage your invoices, users, licenses, apps, and more.

Manage billing and payments

Applies to: Contract Owner

The contract owner—previously referred to as Primary Admin—is an admin who purchased the Teams subscription and set up the account. Adobe recommends that you add at least one more admin to your team. All admins receive the billing and payment-related notifications, but there can be only one contract owner who can make payment-related updates.

Are you the contract owner?

Sign in to the Admin Console and navigate to Accounts. Look for the link to Manage Payment. If you don't see the Manage Payment option, you're not the contract owner.

Manage users and licenses

Applies to: All System Administrators

The contract owner and all the System Admins—previously referred to as Secondary Admins—can perform the following tasks:

  • Add products and licenses
  • Change team name
  • Add notes for end users
  • Add administrators
  • Add a user or assign a license
  • Deploy and deliver apps

In addition to all the features of the Team variant, you get the following with the Enterprise variant:

Highest security standards
Advanced user authentication via Federated ID (SSO) or Enterprise ID, dedicated encryption key for dormant data, and ability for Enterprise ownership of assets in the cloud.

Adobe Enterprise Dashboard
Web-based console for IT administrators to centrally setup and and manage users, groups, and permissions, and access deployment tools and support to deployment tools and support.

Configurable administrator roles
Control the management of Adobe licenses with administrator roles for systems, products, deployment, and support.

SDK for user management
Automated user management and directory synchronization.

Enterprise support
Personalized telephone introduction and unlimited 24-hour support by technical specialists who speak multiple languages.

Support from Adobe experts
Unlimited 30-minute in-person support appointments with Adobe experts by phone valued at $100,– USD (approx. € 89,–) per session.

Please note: Enterprise is only compatible with Named licenses!

 

 

Acrobat Perpetual

Upgrade Plan for a new version of Acrobat Perpetual as well as Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements in the CLP (Cumulative Licensing Program) and in the TLP (Transactional Licensing Program) is no longer available as of 12/01/2021.

There are currently no plans to release a new Acrobat perpetual version after Acrobat 2020.

For customers migrating from Perpetual to VIP (Value Incentive Plan), a special migration price applies under certain conditions. For information on current migration offers, please contact adobe@asknet.com.
